nope, not high in calories at all. coffee and 1/4 oz of 2% milk with stevia which I can froth to almost 1/2 cup of hot foam (wasn't that the name of a movie?). I've been working on my frothing game via the videos of James Hoffman. learned a lot.

oops, movie was Hot Fuzz. Guy Ritchie. no need to look it up since some of my random searches end up being disasters. don't want to send anyone astray.

I love froth on my coffee too! I use fat-free milk, find it froths better and faster.
