I am amazed on how much better I feel since I started exercising. Today I walked one mile, did one hour with weight trainer, 45 minutes of spinning, and more than an hour in water aerobics. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow! Still plan on 2 walks, and some spinning on my own bike. Thursday will be a repeat of today! I feel like I am awaking out of a coma...
