Well, I went away to Hawaii. It was fabulous!!!! I did pretty well considering I was on vacation. I more than made up for the extra calories I consumed through walking (all day) and swimming (for hours). I actually lost weight when I came back. But now my incentive is gone and I've done poorly the last 2 weeks... pizza, icecream, chocolate, you name it. I haven't gained any weight back yet but I certainly will if I keep up with this terrible habit. I need to get right back on track. I am only 4 lbs away from goal so I really don't want to slip. I will just have to come back to this site and continue to listen to my new friends who are on this journey with me. :-)
