I finally dropped some after being stalled for a few weeks. It was driving me crazy. I thought I'd have to up my exercise or something. I was getting annoyed.
I leave for Hawaii in 2 days so I'm psyched about that. I'm hoping to stick to my diet as much as I can. I don't want to have the "I'm on vacation so it doesn't matter" mentality. I want this to be for the long term so that won't cut it. It will be very hard though. Warm weather and frozen toasted almonds just go together. lol I'll have to stay strong. It won't be easy!!!!
140.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the same boat you were...I have been stuck on the same weight since Jan 29. I hope mine finally drops like yours did. What changes did you make or did it just finally start dropping again? Have fun on your trip! I'm sitting here in a blizzard!! Some nice weather would be great!
