Wasn’t meant to be frightening sorry 😆. But I hope that it might show people they still need to be careful and to do what they need too to stay safe. To be honest most of the time I feel ok but can feel the difference in my fitness levels, it’s went up more this month compared to last month as I’m walking faster and trying to get the fitness back.
Hope you’re family members are all ok.

It has done for me yes, a lot of that has passed now but I still get the odd day but I get out of breath a lot easier than I used too.

I am Anne, walks and squash will a few extra seconds between shots. I want to start running again when I’m ready to do so. 😊

we had it in August and that's my wee yin just able to do her daily mile at school without having to stop and I am just able to do more than 40mins in the gym...sure it affected both our eyesight too...its a horrible virus but just take it slow and ul be back to 💯soon enough ❤

Still wouldn't say we are totally 💯 and some of the effects, like our eyesight, can't be reversed BUT we are definitely not far off, decent multi vitamins, meditation with deeper breathing and good old exercise has helped...just gotta listen to ur body Ad...❤
