My blood test showed I am still low on protein. The little kid in me says … oh yeah I’ll show you!!! So I ate 4 thin slices of roast beef for dinner instead of the 2 I normally take. I did weigh them. They didn’t weigh all that much I was guesstimating on the two slices thinking they were more than the 4 slices actually weighed!! They looked big to me!! What do I know?? So the blood test was right and I should take the time to weigh because I think I am eating much more than I am!! Never thought I would say that in my life!! It’s always the bigger the better!! But I have been trying!! December is hard, food everywhere! I watch Dr Now so much I feel like I have him on speed dial!! It encourages me to see peoples successes!!
