TXSnowman's Journal, 01 December 2021

Saw the doctor this morning. She's very pleased with my progress. Down 56 lb in 3.5 months. Plan to up the caloric intake this month. In November I ate an average of 954 calories per day (down from 1,019 in October) and exercise was 3,514 per day (up from 3,327 in October). January thru April all bets are off. 7 day workweeks with 10 - 12 hour days won't leave time for 3 - 3 1/2 mile hikes every day. I'll have to find some aerobic workouts to do indoors.

Great progress. I bought a trainer and brought my bike inside and then did interval training. It wasn't really fun but it solved the problem and kept me on track. Thanks for sharing your strategy. It's very impressive.
