Diet is going ok, working out is going better. I wish working out burned more so I could diet less. Ah well.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 30.8 lb a week

muscles burn more then the rest of your body... so swap the fat out for mucsles and you can eat more!
