dropped out for a few months and gained 10 lb. I do my best through the holidays because I like to show off that I can I stay away from sugar. And if I'm really doing good I can stay away from sugar and wheat. And when I'm not eating sugar and wheat I feel so so clear. No brain fog I can find words and talk like I'm young again wish me well please hi y'all it's good to be back Kathleen weight 296.6 Wednesday. I've lost 10 lb since Wednesday. My doctor has that new shot the diet shots I don't know what the name of it is. She has 8 samples once a week I take a shot she's giving me all the samples so I'll have eight weeks on that diet shot and so far I have no appetite and no side effects. if I had to pay for it with my insurance it would be $180 a shot! If I can think of the name of it I'll let you know. it's great to be back cheers
286.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 118.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
