Long day yesterday, ended up taking the night off from walking since my plantar's was already annoying me, figured a rest day couldn't hurt. Key is to not let it become an extended pattern. Did some stuff around the house, slept a long time last night, guess I needed it. Chaos has already started this morning, just going to log and do what I can to keep the monsters at bay. Ebb and flow. I swear I need to write notes on some of the shoes I own. "Okay for trails, not pavement, long distance, burn these before ever wearing on a walk again."
Noticed that since I've been letting mom shop for me I don't have the same amount of fruit and vegs on hand because I don't want to make her carry too much stuff around. Going to have to figure out a workaround as I need stuff to nibble on that's not crap. No one's fault, just something I need to figure out. It's an all or nothing balance at the moment. We'll get there. Maybe I'll instacart the heavy stuff like dog food, fruit and whatnot. Dunno yet. Might just need to do notes. She loves shopping as much as I hate it. Just funny. Gets her steps and that's good.
One deep breath and away we go again. Hoping all these people take next week off. Press on, press on.
