Ok Week 2 of 10K training complete!
10K-W2/D4
22 degrees outside + wind 15 mph (!!!) + my heart monitor was chocking me to death + right calf was aching whole run (didn't stretch enuf?) = very slow run. Me no like! :-/
I wanna run FASTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Had to skip hill workout, way too windy!
