I’m back down to the weight I was for my daughters wedding over three years ago. And at that time it took 8 months to lose 9 pounds. I have lost 7 lbs in 7 weeks with the wondr program which was offered to me through my employer. I’m so excited! Even if “slow” it’s much faster than when I was counting calories and so far it’s been steady. Great that I had this app to look back and see how long it took me in 2018. So motivating! Thank you FatSecret!
