Yeah I will :) I don't want to end up being in the same boat and going weeks again. The only thing I can do at the moment is my exercise bike. So my legs are getting the workout but nothing else so can't wait to be able to focus on my arms and stomach. I've got an app that looks brilliant and my weight machine and it's just staring at me lol

Exercise bike is still a really good Cardio workout, and I agree 10 is a good place to start, It takes time to build up Abs. 👍🏻🤞🏻

Paula - I agree completely, they are horrible, and I used to hate doing it, but now I actually quite enjoy the lay down 🤣🤣

Wow Jamie!!👏👏👏👍 I am cleaning out the kitchen and going through about 500 containers, throwing out those that have lost their tops, it’s horrifying, what a job!😆 Hope your weigh in goes well, mine won’t!😞 Have a Spectacular Saturday night!
