you ever feel seasonal depression coming? like inside you know your about to feel really low? it makes focusing on today hard😞

I dont know if it is the weather or Christmas which I absolutely hate thanks to some difficult family, but around this time of year, I feel the weight of the world. Lucky for me, stress equals loss of appetite.

Your not alone on that one😒 fortunate for me my Dr recommended me tanning since I am couped up in a building from dark to dark and unable to go out n get some sunshine to help get my vitamin D, I do have to admit it does help in my circumstance but may not for all we are all different. Hang in ther you got this 👍
