Looking back at my calendar, I have gained about 20 pounds in the last year, putting that on in the first six months, and then basically maintaining ever since. While I'm aware that stress and depression contributed to my weight gain, and I'm thankful that I did manage to stop gaining and hold steady, I am really hoping to see a downward trend again. Today will be a good day. 💜💛💚

Go swimming, no more sleepless night, no snacking, lose weigh, be happier. Have new swimsuit taken in, still happy.

Nope AC, it's not going to happen. I don't buy clothes in a larger size, I drop back down to the size of my clothes. Anyway, my sleepless nights are more complicated than just a lack of exercise.
