Hello everyone,
sorry i left you guys hanging for a while, but i lost my groove for a few days. The weirdest thing is, that i gained weight (almost 3 kilo) but i am still proud of myself.
i know the weight is a wrong representation of me, it does not define who i am, it tells me nothing about the energy i put into getting ahead. It does not put bread on the table, nor does it make me happy either way.
As you can see Marvin is visiting me again, so my message is not as energetic as you are used of me. But let my message speak to you of hope and the light at the end of the tunnel. But if you are doing right, and you know you are doing right, then the result will follow eventually. And the road may be long and tedious, there is a light at the end, if only we are willing to follow it and prepare ourselves to take the next step to selfimprovement.

There is always a danger in getting absolutely paranoid about losing weight. As you say and correctly so, it is not all about weight.
Here on FS we read so much about distress and difficulty but in the end it is down only to what goes in and what is burned out. What price do we put on happiness I ask? If trying to lose weight makes me unhappy then I stop immediately as a smile on my face is worth five kg in my books. If I smile as I lose weight then even better but I refuse to allow this to be "the be all and end all" of my life. Keep going Maud we are all right here supporting but please keep happiness as your main goal in life. God only knows I have reason enough for saying this !!!

Tom left me years ago, and I am not looking for him anymore. But that was a great blog. As long as there is a tunnel, there is definitely light at the end of it. Stay strong!
