Did my Day 4 of 10K training today.
10K-W1/D4
Had bfst at 9am and ran at 11am, felt soooo heavy and then cramps on one side, had to stop a few times.. Lesson learned I guess. Garmin says I burnt 350cal but when I put 30mins running at 6mph its less calories that it really is so I had to put 35mins @7mph (if anbd is wondering why :)).
Discovered a big park to run at, not far away from my house, 1 lap is 1mile so I'll be running there now, the path is wider too, so I don't have to slow down for people!

Nice work finding a place to run. :-) I have a great bike trail near my house, built on a former railroad trestle so its wide and flat. The only problem is the walk there and back adds a couple miles to my run. Won't be a problem once I resolve the foot issue. :-) Just ordered a couple of different styles of metatarsal pads to try and was reading that the doc that inject it with cortisone, which sometimes fixes it. Here's hoping one of these fixes gets me moving forward again!

Y don't u run to that trail? That way ur run will seem shorter ;) I did that today. I parked away from the park I was running at and I ran there and back. I'm sorry about ur foot, take it easy and wait til it heals. I know it's frustrating, I had to take 2 weeks off from running cos hurt my foot with really bad shoes. I was climbing walls, I wanted to run so bad, so I substituted runs with swimming ;)
