Trying new veggies and spices for Breakfast Quiches. This on is Curry Tomato Cauliflower with Italian Blend chesses. I'll cool and wrap in plastic wrap and keep in the frig for breakfast- this heats up nicely in the microwave. For my Dinner tonight -- I have 3 different marinating tilapia in the refrig. Italian that I will add Old Bay, Teriyaki, and Dill Dijon mustard with some mayo. I'll bake them at a high temp, on foil for each. Then I'll have one for dinner and the others for lunch this week. They say variety is the spice of life and I agree.
