On March 09, 2020 I was 260lbs. Today I am 185lbs and still working towards a goal. It is hard and the journey seems endless sometimes, but I feel a million times better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I look at old pictures vs new pictures and I am shocked. People who haven't seen me in a while are amazed every time! These things remind me that no matter how hard or how long or how much it hurts, I have to keep going because life is beautiful and now I get to live in it longer with my family.
P.S. - This sandwich helped me feel way better about it all!!!
