Daily caloric deficits, doing serious cardio every day and lifting heavy 3x p/week could only mean one thing.....I didn't lose a pound so I clearly lost fat and gained muscle. It is working exactly the way I had hoped.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
