Had a crazy busy day today, and literally did not have time to stop and eat(7 hours out of a 10 hour shift, no break). Started feeling really crappy. Took some migraine medicine, then started having dizzy spells. Not sure if it was from the not eating or from the migraine meds. Sad thing was I really wasn't even hungry. Did get about 36 oz of water in which is a lot for me, so yay! Fortunately business slowed, since everyone in town had already eaten lunch there, and my boss sent me home early. So happy to be home now.
