Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!
No downward scale movement but that’s ok! 💃 I’ve been thinking about my next goal. I need to lose an additional 15 pounds so I will probably set my final goal achievement after I reach my first goal. Maybe will wait a week or so … not sure. I’m pretty sure my blue line will go away… 🥲 But, that’s ok too! My body has always resisted weight loss this time of year. I know that seems like a strange comment but that’s how it’s been. Maybe I wasn’t tracking and eating like I should. Not sure. I do know I have to track…keeps me honest!
