Thanks LM! I usually take longer rest periods in between sets (90-120 sec). And I take a sip of water in between every set. I also drink a big glass of water as soon as I get up in the morning. That's usually about 30 minutes before I go lift. Lastly, I have a really nice fan than I keep on me at all times. It seems to help.

Yes, LM, I have a two and a half car garage that one half is all gym equipment. I've got a treadmill, squat rack/pull-up station, bench, back extension, dumbbell rack, and weight trees. It's a decent setup. I used to belong to LA Fitness, but closed my membership when it started getting too crowded. Did your gym have fans going when the air went out? I bet it was still very hot!
