Picked up my Flexbit Flex, yesterday was the first day using it. I did 23.000 steps, cut the grass, went for a 3 mile run and all the little things the day brings. I didn't log my run correctly, I'll figure that out today, looks like I just need to start my run on the app before leaving.
The week of travel is over, staying in town until Thursday evening. I'll have to work to lower my weekly calories because I'm sure the holiday will be tough.
Weigh in tomorrow, as of this morning I'm flat for the week, will eat well and run today so I can hopefully show a weekly loss.
