I had a blackout day (maybe 2). Meaning, I didn't record my food log. That's Okay, it was a very rare celebration and I'm okay with it. I am now back on track and with more determination than ever. More reason than not, I don't fit into any of my clothes and I hate clothes shopping, so... I'm going to lose inches to prevent me from shopping. Hurray!

So far the day is good and I'm thankful to stay the course. This is a marathon, not a sprint and I took a water break and I'm back to finishing the face. I'm looking forward to maintenance mode. I have about 5 weeks to revaluate my progress and see If this is program can go long term or not. I'm thankful for the support from those who are helping me. Let's go kick some fitness into gear!
