Had a few problems, but finally managed to start P1! In fact, this will also be my Prequel for Fast Track, so I'm making sure I include all the Liver loving and Colon Caring foods. Since one of the categories is hard for me to get in, I'll take the Liver Lovin' supplement in addition to the Fat Flush Kit, but only 2 capsules instead of 4 because all the other categories are covered.

Just had my LLC, hot lemon water and 2 poached eggs for breakfast. Here's the plan for the rest of the day:

Morning snack: 1 apple
Lunch: 1 bowl creamy tofu-cauli soup with 1-2 tsp Nutritional Yeast plus small salad with flaxseed oil and apple cider vinegar
Afternoon Snack: blueberry whey smoothie with flaxseeds and 1 capsule of Liver Lovin'
Dinner: cod with tomato sauce, black olives and P1 spices + steamed string beans with flaxseed oil and garlic

I need to g to bed REALLY early tonight because last night the baby woke up at 1.30 and didn't fall asleep anymore until after 4am... or maybe I'll manage to get a nap in, but I doubt it.

Tonight I'll also bring up the rebounder from the basement and put it in the office - it's too cold to be working out downstairs! I plan on sticking to rebounding only with a few yoga stretches for the duration of the detox. I'll refrain from planning the post-detox until after the Sequel, because I'm trying to take this one day at a time. I have a tendency to overplan and take focus off the present!
