Looking for new recipe ideas
well, I don't have a cheesy broccoli soup but I do have a curries cauliflower soup recipe Smile

sauté cauliflower pieces and chopped celery, onion and garlic in olive oil
add 1 can of coconut milk and broth (vegetable or chicken) to cover
stir in a pinch each of dried thyme and marjoram; add 1 Tbsp or curry powder (or more if you like)
bring to a boil then simmer, partially covered, until cauli is soft
take off heat, let cool
transfer about two ladels to a bowl, cream the rest with an immersion blender, then add the soup from the boul back in
season with black pepper and additional salt if needed

No, it's not. But you can double check with the recipe moderator on the Forum if you like.

bathroom issues?
I hear you! But wait and see, as you progress on the plan you'll find yourself going to the bathroom 2-3 times a day. I swear, this plan is the best ever to keep things "moving" Laughing
