So, my husband wants to loose weight. He seems very determined. I am not. So I am riding on his ambition to lose weight. But I also want to support him and I am a good supporter. I've had difficulty working out because of chronic pain and headaches but continue to walk and do pilates several times a week. I'll continue to work on protein, fiber and exercising. I have six weeks to lose maybe 10 lb, though, I don't care beause I'm pretty empathetic to loosing weight at this point. My hope is my mind will change as I see results. Like I said I'm riding the enthusiasticness of my husbands motivation. We will see if this goes anywhere, which, Honestly, If i'm consistent then I will. Trust the process but my enthusiasm is not there. We will see.
