Ok, day one in the books. I have my meals for the day worked out and should have a good day two! I'm going to check out a gym that is close to my new office, I've heard there is an Anytime fitness a couple of minutes away. Should work out great.

Structure change at work, new boss, new territory and new direct reports = chaos

Glad to be back at FS staying healthy with my Buddies.
