Gave myself Sunday to Tuesday off this week to help clear my head after the gain. I’m happy with the loss but I’m still annoyed these numbers cause my mood to change so much! I’m trying to stay around this weight now so hopefully I can maintain well.
Challenge is now for the 6 weeks holiday is to not pick at my children’s meals! It’s the waste/ waist issue, waste the food (which I’m not good at) or it goes on my waist 😆😆 x x x
146.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
