Wow, looking at my running log, I started running in January. Week 1 was 4-4.3mph avg speed. Week 2 was 4.3-4.5mph avg speed. Week 3 was 4.5-5mph avg speed. Week 4 was 5-5.1mph avg speed. Week 5 was 4.8-5.5mph avg speed. Week 6 was 5.1-6mph avg speed. I'm moving UP! :) I like!
