Feeling sore after my core workout yesterday! It looked easy on the website but it works all your core muscles so good! I can feel my butt, back, abs etc. Great feeling! :D

Oh and I'm down to 108 again! Yay, now I have to keep it and go down, step by step. Doing low carb high protein diet rite now cos I know it works for me.

It's like a russian style pancakes but tiny sized. They r not that healthy but I made with wheat flour cos I needed to get rid of buttermilk. Made em for my bfr but of course had a few. They are too heavy for my stomach tho.. I submitted a recipe but its gonna wait approval 4ever. I can post the recipe here if u wanna try russian poison LOL

Ouch! All of the exercises look like fun though...feel the burn!! So happy to hear you're down to 108!! Now who's the skinny-Minnie??? :D Ooh and tip for when you're submitting recipes: the kitchen will approve them quicker if you give them a snazzy name that isn't similar to any other recipes in the FS cookbook
