Hello and Happy Tuesday FS!

I won’t be able to weigh in until Saturday morning. No scale available until then. May need to rethink bringing the scale on our vacation. I do have our food scale with us!!

Hubby is no longer recording his food. But, he still is measuring his food…most of the time or I measure it for him. I told him it’s a slippery slope when you stop recording…those little handfuls, pinches and tastes add up…and oh yeah, I deserve chocolate moments. Lol! But, he has reached his first goal of losing approximately 30 pounds and looks great. I’m not sure he needs to lose anymore but he says he wants to. So, we will see how not recording food and visiting family affects him (us). I’m recording but all our family events are food focused. They haven’t seen us since the pandemic started (2019) and aren’t aware that we have been working towards a healthier BMI. Yeah, surprise!
