Grilled this venison backstrap up on my weber kettle yesterday. Used mesquite smoke. Delicious! Almost pure protien as well :)

I cooked one in my iron skillet a few weeks ago. It was so good! I surprised myself cause I hadn't cooked venison in a long time. We have another steak in the freezer to cook. Our neighbor that gave us these 2 steaks told us to let him know when we'd like more.
