I am going to set a mini-goal for this week, get under 270 lbs. I am now going to do these smaller goals every week. Instead of focusing on the main goal.

Great to have a goal but don’t worry too much about the number. Concentrate on your eating plan, weighing/measuring your food, and tracking, and weight will fall ❤️

weights are mileposts and anything down is down! 5 pounds at a time works although that can take 2-3 weeks depending on where you are at in your journey. Each little bit adds up over time. Keep your expectations of the scale low and your expectations around your daily eating high - not unlike under- promise and over- deliver!
