was down 15 lbs small gain this morning down 12.5 lb I was trying Atkins and keto for a month and I'm sick of it so I'm going back to counting my calories only. I missed the pretzels and bananas and sugar free chocolate ice cream and half a grilled cheese sandwich and missed a lot of things. Don't think that keyo or Adkins can stay on for Lifetime. Think that counting calories can stay on I need to lose about 90 more pounds. all is well. God is good. Good luck to you all. Blessings.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
