nice!! I'm going to start using some of your style for my own workouts. sets of 10 were good for a while but time for a change.

Those multiple sets of low reps are meant to be done with as much force (speed) as you can. That's why the weight is lower. Since I've started powerlifting, I haven't done a set over 8 reps in the main lifts. Back in my bodybuilding days I'd hit sets of 10 or more reps ask the time. Feel free to use them though! It's good to mix it up for a while.
