Had wayyyy too much sodium yesterday and did not expect a drop in weight. Actually exected a gain. Happy Happy. Today we will see....my husband may take half a day vacation and I will have to leave after work for gym. Tomorrow the same. I like to get it out of the way early on the weekends and he just does not like to go. It makes it very hard for me. One day he was going to go with me and I had my gym clothes on and he had his gym bag. We never made it to the gym....he did not want to go. But he says to me, "I am not keeping you from the gym". Not intentionally, but I do not think he realizes that little things like that does sabotage me.
