Help!! I have hit a plateau. I am stuck at 278. Do I need to go back to my uber restrictive diet?

Depends. First check in around your water consumption, and daily movement?

I'd stick with what your doing for now. Three-four days doesn't necessarily mean "plateau." I'd give it a week before changing something that has been working well for you.

Are you weighing your servings? Sometimes our “portion control” can get a little “off” balance.

Yes, I am weighing and measuring my portions. I notice when I snack that is what is the difference.
