:( I know here we go again. I keep trying but not getting anywhere because I get depressed and lonely so I eat. My son and I are going to do this together. Right now he weighs 261 and I am at a whooping 269. GREAT!! I have almost gained all of my weight back. That was not my goal. I must stay on track because my body is not working like it should. My hips hurt and my ankles hurt. I am starting my masters and my goal before was to walk the stage in heels. I did that. This time I want to walk that stage under 200. I have 2 years to go. 50 lbs a year or more is an outstanding goal but I can do better. I was 50 lbs. lighter in less than a year last time.I can do this.
