On track for a loss this month! Yay! Calculations say I should be down about 1.5 pounds and I am! Frustrated that I ate so much chocolate - should not have signed up for that raffle, but I caught myself, put in on the list, made myself sick eating too much at one time, fun times! I prepped some vegetable vindaloo yesterday and mixed in some pork today, split the meal and had half now and will nibble on it into the afternoon. Might prep a grapefruit for noshing during my meeting this afternoon. Judging a high school fair this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon - I worry that I am not doing it right but I do the best I can for them. Each student has 4 or 5 judges so I am not alone. Made an appointment to join the gym on Saturday - gotta get into a social situation to work out, the work outs at home are just not doing it for me. Made an appointment for a life coach too, for help with sorting out my head into a good plan for the future. I might not actually follow the script from that but having something to work from always helps me. Lots to do around here but right now I am focused on work and setting up times to get out and go places with my friends!
