I'm refuse to post my weight until Monday. I weighed myself on on Monday of this week and today I am some how just over 4 pounds heavier. First of all, I worked out super hard last night in a bootcamp class and this morning my hands were pretty swollen and I'm going to inquire about that. It seems like every time I have a hard workout at the gym, the next day my hands are swollen and I have to take a water pill. I'm doing pretty intense exercise right now and I just KNOW my body is fluctuating to adjust. But this morning -- Pissed Off! I am NOT giving up and will continue to eat healthy, log my intake, work out and enjoy how my changing figure feels. The scale will eventually catch up...... ugh.

I am in my third week of atkins,and have only lost 5lbs.I am really frustrated at this point.I am not sure if I should add more veggies or more variety by adding nuts.I am drinking alot of water,and following the 11-15 of veggies,not sure I'm always getting enough fat. I also haven't started to work out yet.Maybe I need a boost.Any ideas?
