Christiana's Journal, 25 April 2021

Officially 1 week in! Down 7.2lbs! I didn’t try the sweet potato because I didn’t buy any, lol. I did try the riced cauliflower instead. It was good.

I did 10k plus of steps every day this week.

For this next week, I will drink tea in the morning instead of coffee. Started this morning. Flavor of the day is Apple Caramel Cinnamon.

I have to move goat fences today. So no workout. I’m just trying to get my steps in but I’m trying to build myself up to working out. I did an abbreviated workout Friday and my feet did not like it. They got inflamed doing jumping jacks. Plantar fasciitis sucks.

Mentally I'm still motivated. I struggled a little yesterday bewteen lunch and dinner. I did a few snacks but didn't feel satified. I drank a water and had a tea that helped me to dinner.

Thats it for now, I'm going on a walk.

You're doing awesome =) I also find that chugging water between meals helps keep me satisfied. I've read somewhere that we sometimes misinterpret our body's "thirst" signal for "hungry," and we end up eating when what we should be doing is drinking! I think there's probably some truth to that. Look at you go! =)
