Officially 1 week in! Down 7.2lbs! I didn’t try the sweet potato because I didn’t buy any, lol. I did try the riced cauliflower instead. It was good.
I did 10k plus of steps every day this week.
For this next week, I will drink tea in the morning instead of coffee. Started this morning. Flavor of the day is Apple Caramel Cinnamon.
I have to move goat fences today. So no workout. I’m just trying to get my steps in but I’m trying to build myself up to working out. I did an abbreviated workout Friday and my feet did not like it. They got inflamed doing jumping jacks. Plantar fasciitis sucks.
Mentally I'm still motivated. I struggled a little yesterday bewteen lunch and dinner. I did a few snacks but didn't feel satified. I drank a water and had a tea that helped me to dinner.
Thats it for now, I'm going on a walk.
