Hi friends! I am back from my work trip. I had a great time, learned a lot and had some wonderful food. I don't eat out a lot and I was amazed at how much is put on a plate. One night we ate a Cheesecake Factory and I ordered chicken marsala and mushrooms. It came over a bed of bow ties pasta that could have fed 4 people at least. Ridiculous. I ate the chicken and mushroom and sent almost all of the pasta back. Sad that it was wasted but I wasn't eating those carbs.
Stepped on the scale today and knew there was a gain, you can't eat out 9 meals in a row and not have one. Not worried but needed to get my head back in the game.
