Christiana's Journal, 19 April 2021

I’m doing the 67 Try Your Best Bitch Challenge by Beatrice Caruso on YT.
1. Set Diet Guidelines and stick to them
2. 5 hours of physical activity per week
3. If you slip practice reflection and accountability, look for solutions
4. Hydrate! Drink Water
5. Measure your progress
6. Read at least 1 book during this time
7. 10 minutes of mental health (meditation, journaling, deep breathing)
8. Try one new thing each week (new recipe, new workout, new hobby)

1. Diet is counting calories. Stay away from junk food, candy etc. Also, Portion control. I’m a ‘mindless’ eater. If I have a bag of potato chips I just keep eating until almost the whole bag is gone.

2. I’ll be walking/running. I want to hit my 10000 step goal every day if possible.

3. I’m an all or nothing kinda person. This one is hard, but we’ll see. I’m super focused right now though.

4. I don’t like water. I’ll be favoring it and upping the amount I usually have.

5. I weight in every morning. I have measurements taken today.

6. Book is Greenlights by Mathew McConaughey

7. I’ll be journaling (that’s what this is! Yay!). I’m not that fond of this because I have issues with spelling. My mind ‘autocorrects’ the words/grammar. If there are errors, I’m sorry!

8. I’ll more likely be trying new recipes.
