Welp, week 3 was a bit of a challenge. It was hard to wake up on Wednesday and Friday, so I did 3 out of 5, 5 a.m. workouts. On Saturday I had a great workout, I jogged a lot more, and was able to complete 4 miles in one hour! I have not been able to do that in a long time. I felt great. Missed the alarm today as I tossed and turned all night, not being too hard on myself though, I think I might have burned myself out those first two weeks, and last week just kind of hit me. But hey, 3 out of 5 is better than 0 out of 5. I still believe 5 a.m. is the best workout time for me, as I am much less disturbed by the fam. Hopefully tonight will be a much better night's sleep to help me be ready for tomorrow morning. I also stayed within my calorie limit, although it was high in sodium, goal is to do better on that this week. Happy Monday and have a great week everyone!
