The Love of Fit's Journal, 22 March 2014

Had a long conversation about health with my friend today (over brownies haha). All I got was that there are so many different thoughts on the subject, I end up getting more confused as to what I should and shouldn't be eating everyday. I hope I can find what it is MY body wants and needs.

1000- Homemade apple oatmeal
1200 - Peanut butter on toast, strawberries and yogurt
500 - Cantaloupe and Pineapple
730 - Tofu Veggie Stirfry
900 - Brownies (way too many)

Total: 1917 calories (all because we sat around the brownies instead of keeping them in the kitchen - I learned my lesson). On the bright side, no binge when I got home alone.

We all have to find our own way. Don't let all the information you get confuse you, just choose what works for you. I remember a while ago, I felt just over whelmed and didn't know which way to turn, then I remembered just to do what feels right for me. Take all the information in that you can and weed it out for yourself. There are many wise people on this site and I've learned SO much here. Have a great weekend.
