Down a pound - which didn't seem like that much until I actually started considering how hard I've been trying to get back on track. I'm hoping I can continue this trend with some new purchases at the store and help from all of you!

I really love adding fruit to my diet - it keeps me fuller and I can eat it throughout the day without too many additional calories added. Now if I could just find a love for vegetables...
