Well it's 9 o'clock where I'm at and I feel safe to post this because I'm not going to eat anymore food. I made it to my M-F goal of a 5,000 calorie deficit. A little more than that in fact. I had to jog for 25 miles this week to get there but I did it. My legs feel like I put them through a meat grinder but my heart is full of gratitude. Gratitude to God for giving me the strength and resolve to follow through with my goal. Gratitude for my fat secret family for providing a deep source of inspiration and support. I never thought a calorie counting app would change my life but it has. It's not just the the calorie counter, it's the amazing people here that share their struggles and give support. Much love FSF
