Tim Huffman's Journal, 09 March 2014

I've been feeling a little tired the last couple of days, probably from the low calories I ate Thursday and Friday. I need to adjust my plan to 2000 calories on non workout days and 2500 on workout days. I ate just over 2500 yesterday so hopefully the energy comes back today. I went to the gym for some weight training yesterday and I went on a 5 mile jog OUTSIDE, it really felt good to get out in the fresh air. Unofficial weigh ins are showing about a 2lb loss for this week, we will see tomorrow if it's official.

Today I'm headed to baseball camp with my nephew and hope to hit up the gym for some weight training later. The weather guy is calling for almost 50 degree temps, so hopefully we can go on a long family walk this afternoon.
